Considering 1/4 of bridges in the US are deficient or functionally obsolete, it's going to be a pretty busy map.

Structurally deficient does not necessarily mean unsafe. Probably should get serious attention in the near future, though it could be something as simple as water overtopping during flood conditions with the structure itself being completely sound.
