AC Induction Motor Acceptance Test Procedure for Locomotive Traction Application

AC Induction Motor Acceptance Test Procedure for Locomotive Traction Application

(OP)
We have purchased a 450 kW (600 hp)traction motor that is for use in a locomotive traction application. We are looking for a "standard/industry accepted" test procedure for acceptance testing this motor. We are aware of the testing, both no-load and under load to satisfy the verification of the motors capabilities. We would like to know if there is "standardized" test procedure to apply to this acceptance procedure. Forum and internet search has not provided any insight.
