Control of a Dichloromethane emission

(OP)
I need help finding a way to control the Dichloromethane emissions in the shoes manufacturing of my company.
we work with this direct injection static machine:

Right now a worker go around with a spray gun applying dichloromethane, before the adition of polyurethane.

We need to find a way to control the hight emissions of Dichloromethane, for our workers safety, do you have any idea?.

I have been thinking in the use of a hood, or maybe a Self-contained breathing apparatus for each worker.
Do you have any suggest?
Thanks

Robert.
