Crack modeling in Ansys using the VCCT elements

Crack modeling in Ansys using the VCCT elements

(OP)
Hello

I am modeling a T beam with a crack in ANSYS APDL . I am using solid95 elements and mapped mesh
The beam is loaded with a tensile load N, and a bending moment, M. I am searching for the stress intensity factor using the Virtual crack closure tecnhique VCCT.
I split the beam in to pices so that i have 2 nodes with the same coordonates (now i have 2 volumes).
I know that i should use the Internal Multipoint Constraint and impose a rotation to the pilot node in order to simulate the bending but i don't know how.
At the contact surface i will define a conta element and a targe, but where do i define the pilot node? I had never used the MPC technique.

Thank you
