Symbol on drawing question

(OP)
Hi all,

I have never seen this symbol on a drawing before and I was hoping someone could help me out. Attached is snapshot that was taken from an italian drawing. I do not know if this is a surface finish call-out or flatness? Dimensions are in MM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Symbol on drawing question

The "1.4" makes this symbol look vaguely like a surface finish callout. I don't know what standard it might be from. I certainly don't know what the "T" might mean.
