can the views from one drafting file be copied/moved to another drafting file without having link to the model or without copying model using Siemens NX 7.5

RE: Copy views from one drafting file to another drafting file

You can use 'Copy & Paste' but without the underlying model being the mast for the new drawing there will not be anything to actually 'Copy'.

RE: Copy views from one drafting file to another drafting file

I have a file which has both model and drafting, but the main issue is with the drafing.
On the drafting sheet tabular note is missing and some views has to be corrected/Manipulated, but this cant be done on original file.
i came to know that without having link to the model the drafting views cannot be generated and after saving also to open it has to be linked inorder to open..

can you suggest me the best method to acccmplish this...
