Hi,

How much wall thiniing at extrados of long radius induction bend is allowed by Z662 and ASME B31.4 or how much wall thinning allowance should i add in design wall thickness for lond radius 6D bends.

Would appreciate your feedback.

ISO 15590-1 or ASME B16.49 have formulae to answer your question.
