I'm using iLevel's "Parallam Plus" beams for an exterior deck, and they provide reduced allowable design stresses to be used due to the pressure treating. Do I also need to apply the Cm factor? Seems to me that's like double dipping. I've tried calling iLevel but apparently they're really short staffed and aren't able to take calls...
