I,ve been consulted about repair an Induction motor of 6KV of winding flashover, the motor data as follows:
make : Schorch – Germany
Type : KR6036G-AA06 IP55 tube cooled star connection 6000 volts 146 amps 1200KW 994 RPM 50HZ insulation class F amb. Temp. 41 C bearing type sleeve
Outdoor installation.
do we need to change the intire winding or only fix it by maybe special resin.
, can any one tell the prober way to fix this proplem or direct me to good refference about this problem.

I think the odds are you'll need to rewind.

BUT, there are certainly times when a winding can be saved with limited local repairs, along with clean/bake and carefully-specified post-repair electrical testing (to prove the repaired winding is sound).

Send it to a good shop and ask them for their recommendation.
