Problem with Land desktop 3

Problem with Land desktop 3

Problem with Land desktop 3

(OP)
Lately I have been having problems with AutoCAD.  I run Land Desktop3 but I usually run the Map version which lets you use it like regular AutoCAD (i.e. more that one dwg open at a time and no incessant prompts for a project) Lately it has been quirky and the last few days it always opens as Land.  This is annoying because it loads all different tabs so my menus are all different.  I think I just need to reinstall but I don't know why this happened. Has anyone had this problem before?

Thanks,  Eric

RE: Problem with Land desktop 3

Eric,

It sounds like you have a corrupt map profile.  If you delete it, the next time you run map, it will create a new one.  This will, however, destroy any profile info you have (i.e. Support File Search Path, Display settings, etc.)  I would STRONGLY recomend making a backup of your profile.  If you have any trouble with this, feel free to e-mail me as I don't frequent this forum to often.

Brian
