What is the default initial temperature used by Abaqus

(OP)

What is the reference temperature used by Abaqus in the event that an initial temperature isn't specified by the user ?

My guess is that it uses 0 C or 273 K, but I would like to reconfirm the same.

Thanks

RE: What is the default initial temperature used by Abaqus

The default temperature is 0. There are no units. I'm sure that you've been told this before, but programs such as ABAQUS are unitless. So, your choice of values for every quantity must be in consistent units.

So, why leave things to chance? If it is relevant to your analysis, specify an initial temperature.
