dear all
I need to down load reference for the max PPV on pipeline results from blasting
I need the exact reference and the value
For x52 pipeline of buried under depth 1 meter and having being subjected for vibration from blasting of charge 3 tons at 30 meters away from pipe center line
Resulting on PPV equals TO 27 mm/s

RE: peak particle velocity

As I often say on this site, if you pay for consulting services you have every right to demand "exact references". For free you get opinions.

You obviously are not seeking a deeper understanding of this subject, you just want someone to do your job for you. Good luck with that. If I knew your boss' name I'd copy him on this to show him "exactly" how you get the meager results you must get.

"Belief" is the acceptance of an hypotheses in the absence of data.
"Prejudice" is having an opinion not supported by the preponderance of the data.
"Knowledge" is only found through the accumulation and analysis of data.

Engeslam,

Suggest you join a professional engineering institution, if you can. They have virtual libraries of books related to the topic of explosive damage.

FEA packages can be used by experienced professional to determine the results of dynamic loading such as you have described.
