Hi all!
On a P&ID I've found a note referring to a PSV located on a separator which read "LO/TO required": can, please, anybody clarify the meaning of such acronym?

"Belief" is the acceptance of an hypotheses in the absence of data.
"Prejudice" is having an opinion not supported by the preponderance of the data.
"Knowledge" is only found through the accumulation and analysis of data.

Or it might mean that the valves are required to have features to accept the lock.
Isn't ambiguity great?
