Can you link a note to a spreadsheet cell

Can you link a note to a spreadsheet cell

In drafting we usually have about 10 notes. Sometimes we have a bubble next to a dimmension that says see note 10. If we add a note sometimes what was note 10 is now note 11. The problem is that the note that says see note 10 is wrong unless we update it. Sometimes we forget to do this and it can lead to future revs. Is there a good way to deal with this issure.

I am thinking about setting up an excel spreadsheet and somehow linking that cell in the note

If you do a search in this forum with the two words "note spreadsheet" you will get links to some previous postings on the topic

There are functions in the Expression tools which will read the content of a spreadsheet which can then be used in a note. You can find these Expressions tool under the 'f(x)' button at the bottom of the Expression dialog.
