is there any problem if i change the welding bevel angle of the nozzles attached to the pressure vessel shell. for example the bevel angle is 15 deg. as the drawing and i found it 40 deg. when i was making inspection on the p.v before welding.

It's fine as long as the welder has sufficient access to do a proper root pass and subsequent passes.
