D-Type Heat Exchangers

(OP)
Please let me know some manufacturers who can supply d-type heat exchnagers (D-Type, as per TEMA).We wish to import only D-type closure (i-e front channel) from the supplier and we wish to fabricate rest of the exchanger ourselves. What information is to provide to the supplier? The data sheet as we have recieved from the process/thermal designer would be sufficient to the supplier?

Secondly, these D-type exchangers also have an expansion joint, please also let me know suppliers of these expansion joints.
