Doesn't seem to work correctly anymore. Can't create origins from sketched entities or points. What do you do when the part doesn't lend itself to a circle in the center of the part to set your zero to?

You should be able to use a sketch or point to use as your origin for the hole table, just as you are wanting.

Make sure your sketch is in the correct drawing view, and not on the drawing template or different view.

You might have to project the circle onto the plane your hole wizard is cutting to. By 'converting entities' -
