Could someone tell me whether the API65011th Edition repeats the NFPA11 the exact wordings for foam dams design? And at which parag. / Annex?

For external floating roofs it is in C.3.15.2 For internal floating roofs it is H.5.9 Both refer to NFPA 11 and if you are in compliance with NFPA 11 you will be in compliance with API 650.
