And if you have any use of Hysys for chemical process engineering questions then the best place is in the Aspen forum. Search for it.

Why couldn't Aspen technical support help you? You mentioned a licensing problem, are you using a local token or a network key.

the problem is that i do have the licence folder & installation is completed successfully but i can't open the program & an error message is displayed !! the aspen thecnical support website requires me to log in while i don't have an account

When I've been to the Aspen Technical Support, their account has nothing to do with your Hysys licensing key, it's like signing up for a Yahoo or Gmail account.

Agree, the ppl at Aspentech run a very good support site. Just call them/email them. If you dont have the login you can get one. We all assume that you have a valid paid for license. In this case you can apply for a login to the support site, have a chat with the person responsible for HYSYS at your company.
