Anyone know the BTT for A36 Steel?

Anyone know the BTT for A36 Steel?

Can't seem to find a reliable source for the brittle transition temp for A36 steel. I don't need it exact, just an estimate. Thanks

Here is a tip, because of the primary influence of carbon content on DBTT of carbon steels conduct a Google search and look for a graph of carbon content versus impact transition temperature for carbon steel.

Once you know the carbon content of A36, typical, you can use the graph to approximate the DBTT.

Look at slide 11 of 20
