catproduct 3d annotation problem

Hello,

I have a small problem with CATIA (V5 r20 service pack 1)on only one of my computer. When I'm opening my customer's cadproduct, I can activate the 3d annotations in each parts but not the catproduct 3d annotations. In the product, when I right-click on the 3d annotations icon, I don't even have the option to activate the annotations. Can someone help me?

I use and receive product annotations all the time in R20. Go to this link, download and install SP7 to fix your issue.
