Cable filler

Cable filler

Cable filler

(OP)
Hello
Thanks in advanced for any feedback.
We are planning to use new 3x150mm2, 33kV cable, and we are trying to identify which cable is better than the other?
Regarding the filler of the cable, I have noticed that there are two different types of those fillers, one is compact paste(dough), and the other one consists of strings, which one is better? And is there any benefits for using any one instead of the other?

RE: Cable filler

Electrically they are equivalent but I think the cable filled with strings could be more flexible.

Thanks 7anoter4
But from commercial point of view EPR filler is more expensive.
