Case studies of Reinforced Soil walls for Heavy Haul Railways

xandea (Geotechnical)

Dear All,

I'm looking for case studies of where in the US/Canada/Austrialia/South Africa reinforced soil walls have been built for bridges/ flyovers/ embankments of heavy haul railways. Where the loading on the wall is 60-100kPa. Any help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Adrian Anderson

Probably best to contact the major companies directly if you need case studies. You can find promotional information like the following by googling, but for case studies, no substitute for direct contact.

if you search on the web Reinforced soil structures you will find many companies. however i suggest you to contact a local company close by your office. i am in this sector, where are you based? i might be able to give you some names.
