Screen background colour in Edit Component

When in Edit Component, elements in the Component are bright, while elements not in the component are faded - same as Acad2006. In Acad2006 the screen background stays black, but in DS it goes grey, which muddies everything.

Any way I can set the DS screen background to stay black?
