evaluation of J integral (of ice) when studying FMT

(OP)
Hello,
i have studied crack propagation with release node's method ( 2D) under isothermal conditions.
Now i want to evaluate the J integral when the crack propagate but under FMT conditions. The question is how to impose a cycle of temperature( Tmin=90°C, Tmax=165°C) knowing that i use the inp file and i have only one step.
Can any one help me?
Regards
