Anyone familiar with any software or Computer Science Engineers that would be able to help walk me through the process of transferring radio waves into usable information? Thanks :)

1 - Radiate carrier
2 - Modulate Intelligence on the carrier, lost of schemes for that.
3 - Decode intelligence at other end.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice; experience suggests that in practice, there is.

This place cracks me up. I think someone could come here and ask how to build a nuclear reactor and get a general primer on nuclear science followed by some general diagrams and a few nuggets of practical advice.
