ANSYS Structural: Defining different materials in the same FEM model

(OP)
Hello Everyone,
I have a model that i want to setup in ANSYS Structural. The question is can i define different materials in the same model? I think it should be possible, but i am not sure about how it can be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Jimmy

RE: ANSYS Structural: Defining different materials in the same FEM model

As long as you make model them as different parts , you can assign differentmaterial properties. You also need to pull all the materials in material library so that they can be assigned later.
