Dear all

WE ARE USING THE VIBRATION SPACER BARS FOR THE HORIZONTAL ECONOMISER AND SUPERHEATER COILS, BUT FOR THE PENDANT SUPERHEATER COILS WE ARE NOT USING THE VIBRATION SPACER BARS,
ONLY THE ALIGMENT BARS LIKE D-LINKS ARE USED.

PLEASE CLARIFY ME WHETHER THE VIBRATION IS NOT A CONCERN FOR THE PENDANT SUPERHEATER COILS?

thanks

I was wondering if your cap key was broken. I guess it wasn't. So are you shouting at us? (The usual reason people use all CAPS)

Perhaps you might want to explain your reasoning why you decided not to use vibration spacer bars for the pendant superheater coils. Did you do any analysis? Was is financial and you are now looking for someone to provide an after-the-fact technical justification?

Velocity is one major cause of vibration in tubes. Do some calculations to see how much the vibration varies between the pendants and the horizontal coils.
