300NB std wt pipe misalignment

(OP)
Hi All,
I have come up some misalignment of 300NB pipe in field erection (as per the attachment). This is heavy fuel oil line and has straight and 7000m radius bends. It looks like the bends are not perfectly circular and I am getting the misalignment as indicated in the attachment. Is there any practical method to rectify this without applying any heat?

bends are supplied by the cutomer.

Any feed back on this would be much appreciated and thanks in advance.

RE: 300NB std wt pipe misalignment

Have some pups made and one end deformed in the shop to match the ends you have in the field. Weld them in position as a transition piece.
