Relay CT availability

(OP)
When buillding large electric projects, almost yearly we have a project requiring CT's at the last minute. In the past I have usually found them as multi-tap types that meet the relay class requirements we have via various suppliers. This time the only units that are acceptable ( based on accuracy, burden and voltage curves ) are non stock items.

The present service requirement is monitoring the X0-ground connection on the 13.8 kV secondary of our main project XFMRs.

Without encroaching upon this sites rules, can someone suggest some suppliers that are better at stocking such CT's. Alternately, are there some buzz words for search engines that will open the right sites? Long lead times are sometimes simply not acceptable.
