In your title you mention 'design review' as well, or do you only care about drawing checking.

Based on what I've seen here, I'd be very hesitant to condone or encourage 'engineering by checklist' but perhaps that's just me.

the checking process was going to use excel as a template document to define generic items that need to be checked routinely. Was looking for any templates people have used in the past. thx
