Anyone have any experience with SUNY Cobleskill Agricultural Engineering Department?

If so, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't, but I would suggest seeing if they are accredited. This is important if you ever want to get your PE.

Personally I am put off by the heavy John Deere emphasis (especially as an ex-CaseIH employee), but I'm sure they get some good benefits from the association.

They are accredited(part of New York state Public College system)

Be aware that each program whithin a school is accredited independantly. Just because it is part of a well known school isn't good enough. There are certain minimum criteria that takes some time and money to document plus ongoing reviews.

Valid Point, my thought process was why Deere sponsor an non-accredited program. that is all
