Im using a hp4500 plotter and wanted to know if anyone else experienced this with their plotter. When I plot a drawing that has both a shaded view and a line view(section), the section view comes out screwed up. All of the hatch lines print ok, but everything else is either missing or patchy. The color model view looks great. Just curious if this was something that is known about or not. 2012 sp2 and the hp4500 has the latest firmware installed. thanks for any feedback.

RE: printing issues

Well,
Something new everyday. I rebooted the printer. Tried printing again. Today, the "hidden lines removed" view printed, but with no different line thicknesses and a little faint compared to the a normal print. The "shaded with edges" printed fine as usual. This is probably not going to be a common problem, but any feedback is still appreciated.

RE: printing issues

If the preview looks good, the problem probably lies with the printer driver.
