I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V

I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V

I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V

I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V. It's a circuit that generates a DC current in amperes and current unstable. The current is 60 A How could stabilize the current?

RE: I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V

Are you saying this is a current source power supply? I realize that English is not your first language, but we need a better description...

Yes, It is a current source power supply

Is your load varying rapidly?

Please give all description you can of the entire circuit. A schematic would be best. If you are designing this power supply, there will be others on this board who can offer ideas, but "unstable" is not enough information.

- It is a circuit supply where varies the current and voltage (the voltage is approximately 637 V but has variations over time).
- The current is about 1.06 A, with small variations in time
- The load requires that V = 600.

And the load is????

Sounds like you need a voltage source, not a current source.

I'm working with a DC bus where I want to feed the 600 V, which is part of an electronic circuit downstream. The load is adapted to the power output of the voltage source.

Thanks

RE: I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V

Need more information.
What is the load?
What is the power source for the bus?
There is a big difference in stabilizing 60 Amps compared to 1.06 Amps.

RE: I need to stabilize a DC current of 600 V

Right now, we have no idea what your circuit is.

A current regulator with an inductor output filter does a decent job of providing a stable current. A voltage regulator with a capacitor output filter does a decent job of providing a stable voltage.

It sounds like you have the capacitor output filter (the DC bus) but you still need the voltage regulator. There are a number of ways to build the required regulator. Many of these depend on the unregulated input voltage vs the required output voltage.
