where can I find typical propeller geometries

where can I find typical propeller geometries

where can I find typical propeller geometries

(OP)
Where coudl I find some typical propeller geometries, i.e. pitch, chord/Diameter, thickness/chord, distributions along the propeller blades.  Also, what are some typical, or efficient, airfoils that are used on propeller blades?

thanks.

RE: where can I find typical propeller geometries

Do a search on the web for NACA airfoils - I have links somewhere but can't find them at the minute. Most of the profiles are of actual static surfaces (wings etc) but some are off rotorcraft. Happy hunting.

Go to following website... they sell an inexpensive/good book on prop design... "MODERN PROPELLER AND DUCT DESIGN by Martin Hollmann"
