Forming up a flat

Forming up a flat

Forming up a flat

(OP)
I have a flat that I need to show formed up. The sheet metal part itself can not be created in a sheetmetal enviroment as we do some operations on pounding the corner around a bullnose anvil to create the final shape. I have the flat and all I want to do is put the bends on that we form on out press brake. When I add the bends to the flat part, Solid Edge wants to do it thing and modify the corner. The corner is notched exactly the way I need it. Is there a way I can add a bend and not have the corner adjusted? I have tried turing stuff on and off in the properties dialog box and nothing seems to stop it from modifying the corner. I am currently using SE ST3.

Thank you for any help you can give.
