ANSYS Fluent model into PLC

ANSYS Fluent model into PLC

ANSYS Fluent model into PLC

(OP)
Hello,

I am working on a project where a model will be embedded in a PLC. The values of the PLC inputs from sensors will be given to this model and it will change some of the PLC outputs.
This model will be made from a CFD analysis, with ANSYS Fluent and the PLC will be a Siemens S7-300 (in my case). I will be in charge of programming the PLC only, not the modelling part.

The input that this model will require are temperature from thermocouple and pt100 probes. As a results, transducers connected to the outputs of the PLC will be adjusted.
I have some problem understanding how such model could be embedded into a PLC as I am not familiar with models and I don't know this ANSYS software at all. Also I am fairly new to PLCs, which doesn't help.

Can somebody help me understand what kind of output this ANSYS software would give me?
My guess is that once the CFD analysis will be finished, I should get somekind of equation or something similar whose unknowns would be those input temperatures. Then when programming the PLC, I will need to integrate this "equation" in the code.

Can somebody tell me if my understanding is correct and what would be the required steps to implement such thing?

Thank you!

Meach
