CATIA tree and dimension text issue.

CATIA tree and dimension text issue.

CATIA tree and dimension text issue.

(OP)
Hi, Anything in my feature tree shows up as odd text such. For example all my planes are labeled "e", PartBody is "B" and sketches are "skeh." All of my dimension over 2 characters in front the decimal omit the first number. (230.15 would show up as 30.15) and some numbers such as 15.28 show up 5.28. to make it worse any document I open up after the first has no text at all.

I would really like to get this fix as it is frustrating me quite a bit.

Thank you.

RE: CATIA tree and dimension text issue.

Hello,

Well, my best guess is that you have an option selected that makes CATIA behave like that.

So... go to "Tools" menu --> "Options", then from the tree select "Display" from the "General" parent.

In the "Tree Appearance" tab make sure you have "Classical Windows Style" and "Text-dependent" selected.

Hope this works! Best of luck!

Check the graphics, I have seen something similiar and that issue was that they used a gaming graphics card

RE: CATIA tree and dimension text issue.

I am 99.985% sure that is not the case... Graphic cards are not the best choice to be used when working in CATIA, but that wouldn't or shouldn't cause that.
