Has anyone used this link before, got it in an email. I am surprised that ICC would give you access to the code without any payment. I wonder if there is a catch!

You can get full PDF versions of many state codes (including the structural portions, which again are simply reprints of the IBC), here:

These do have the state/city changes from the IBC in them and marked. But as noted above the government, by law, are required to give free access to the codes and with the internet more and more are doing it on-line.
