Contaminated Land Legislation in Africa (Angola)

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone had come across the legislation used in Africa to cover contamianted land investigations (PRA, GQRA etc). We have an enquiry from and oil company who are looking to purchase land in Africa for Oil exploration. We haave had a previous relationship within the UK and Europe to conduct similar investigations, but as yet have no experience within the African sub - continent.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
