Hi! Which is the best practice for inspection pressure vessels with internal lining? Do you have any recommended bibliography?

RE: Internal Lined vessels

If paint type lining, holiday testing, dry film thickness testing and visual testing as a minimum should be required for finished coating.
You need to define type of coating; i.e., paint type, elastomeric, alloy clad, weld overlay, etc.

Is there some efective method to be applied in service?

RE: Internal Lined vessels

Many, what type of lining and what are you looking to find with your inspection?

The kind of Coating is Epoxy , I want to verify the integrity of the coating and find corrosion zones

RE: Internal Lined vessels

This would require internal inspection and Holiday testing.
