hello there..just want to ask about the specifications about aashto m 31.Because the list of the diameters at the table are specified different from the other deformed steel bars available here in our country.should i use interpolation to get the corresponding values of the properties?if i use interpolation is it acceptable?

AASHTO M31 is dual speced with ASTM A615/A615M (which is the spec I have). Sizes listed in Table 1 are defined as "standard sizes"; this means you should be able to use nonstandard sizes in your country and interpolate to obtain the proper values for nominal dimensions and deformation requirements in Table 1. Note that you will have to choos which set of diameters apply to test requirements in the rest of the spec (i.e. tensile and bend test requirements).

Ok..thanks for the info.so im now using the interpolation with respect to the standard values listed at said table(aashto standards).
