Tilt-up embed misplaced

(OP)
I am working on a tilt- up building andthere is a fairly dificult 3 panel connection where 2 panels must be welded then another will be placed after that. The contractor has placed the embeds for the adjoining panel on the wrong edge. What do you all reccomend as a good solution.

RE: Tilt-up embed misplaced

Start over??

RE: Tilt-up embed misplaced

That completely depends on the purpose of the connections. If it's just an alignment plate, then you've got nothing to worry about. If the third panel is "hanging" off of the other two, then you need to look at post-installed anchors and account for edge distances and eccentricity.

A sketch would help.

RE: Tilt-up embed misplaced

At this stage, afterset bolting may be your only alternative.

Again, sketches would help.
