How to estimate water flow through a pump with inverter
How to estimate water flow through a pump with inverter
(OP)
We have installed an energy saving equipment. Electric frequency is decreased from 50H to 45Hz, and pump discharge pressure is 3.0 kg/cm2.g.
How can we estimate water flow by the current pump condition? Please help me.

RE: How to estimate water flow through a pump with inverter
If you reduced the pump speed, you can look at the pump curve for different pump speeds. If you don't have the pump curve, you can simply use the affinity law to estimate the flow rate.
Q1/Q2 = N1/N2, H1/H2 = (N1/N2)^2
