How do you add a parametric dimension note &dxxx to a table without the system automatically removing the paramtric dimension shown in the view with the same dimension?
For example I want to show the same dimension in the field of the part view as well as in a note.

RE: ProE double dimension in drawing

Simple, you can't! The software considers that dual dimensioning.
The best you can do is create a parameter pointing to the original dimension internal parameter, then use your parameter in the table.

Thanks, We considered the separate parameter too but didnt want a work around and hoped for a config or .dtl setting allowing over constrained double dimensioning instead.

RE: ProE double dimension in drawing

You can always create a double dimension in the drawing. I would make it a reference dimension.
