(OP)
OK fellow electron pushers, I know there are several threads dealing w/ Excel, Excel add-ons and "POINT" function. I have even commented on them in the past and used them. The ability is wonderful. Now I can't find the specific ones using search. There is an add-on to native Excel from Siemens, I believe. The "point" formula uses {} characters to group x,y and x into the spreadsheet. That is as far as I remember, Please help.
NX 6.0.x and Excel 2007

RE: lost threads

After you launch the Spreadsheet from NX, select the ƒx icon at the left end of the 'Formula Bar' and then select the category titled 'User Defined' where you will find all the NX-specific 'formulas', including Point.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

RE: lost threads

That is very good information. Is there any help available on these individual functions? Some functions like ugnames() are difficult to makeout how exactly they work.
