my pc crashed and once we reinstalled everything the settings on my pronest were restored to default, when trying to send a job to the plasma cutter the error on the pc reads: file does not exist and the control unit reads: program not found any suggestions on what to do next?

My experience with MTC/Pronest is that any questions like this require a call to tech support. Isn't much we could troubleshoot on our end without their assistance. They basically take control of your Pronest workstation via webex and reconfigure some settings.
