how to include damping for modal analysis in " I-deas SDRC" simulation

(OP)
Hi
i need to do modal analysis of a sheet metal component. I simulated the component without applying damping.

The stress results that i obtained at correspondimg modal frequenies are very high. I think that this unrealistic stress is obtained because of not applying damping factor.

Is it possible to apply structural damping in modal analyis to see the real stress values in "I-deas" SDRC. please tell the procedure for applying damping.

Component material is steel
