Composite Material(Shell) and Aluminium(Shell) Contact problem!!

Composite Material(Shell) and Aluminium(Shell) Contact problem!!

(OP)
Hello,

I am relatively new to Abaqus and i have been facing with a problem more or less one month.

i think the issue is in my case contact problem. i have been trying to fix it but i couldnt. there is two tubes one of them is composite material(inside one), it has a four layup carbon epoxy and the other one aluminium 6160-T9 also both of the tubes are deformable shell. By the way the error is too many attemps for this increments.

What i have done to fix it:

1) i change the minimum maximum increment modulus ,initial 0.01 minimum 1E-009 and maximum 1
2) at first in interaction i choose master surface 6160 because its more tough than composite but as you see in figure there was left a surface i thought it would be problem and then i made partition with datum plane until at the end of the 6160 but also this is not work for solve the problem.

So please someone help me or advice sth about it, its about my final project.
