Star Delta wiring a fan motor

(OP)
Hi guys,

Could someone give me a brief explanation of how to wire the above 3 phase motor? I have six wires (V1, V2, U1, U2, W1, W2) and im a bit confused.

Thanks,
Ben

RE: Star Delta wiring a fan motor

Clues:
Suffix 1 means it is the beginning of the phase winding.
Suffix 2 means the end winding terminal.
U, V, and W are the phase windings.

WYE: Supply three phase power to terminals U1, V1, and W1. Terminals U2, V2, and W2 connected as the neutral.
DELTA: (You can do it, I know!)
